Section 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online entertainment platform operated by K4Club. They apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and active players.

By performing any of the following actions, you are considered to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms:

Age Verification

K4Club takes the protection of minors seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be terminated immediately, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

Section 3 Registration & Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the k4club platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. k4club is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact the k4club support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone
• Use a strong, unique password for your k4club account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

K4Club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of current address. This KYC process is in place to protect your account security and ensure platform compliance.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

K4Club supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other digital payment methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform. All deposits are processed in real time or within minutes, depending on the selected method.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by your chosen payment method
• K4Club does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• K4Club reserves the right to decline or return suspicious deposits without prior notice

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the method and amount requested.

• All bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• K4Club reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Withdrawal requests that are not processed within the stipulated timeframe will be communicated to the player

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by k4club are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. These terms cover wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and bonus-related withdrawal limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement refers to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the Promotions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the k4club bonus system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once
• Colluding with other players to manipulate wagering requirements
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Providing false information to qualify for specific promotions

K4Club reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold winnings, and close any account found to be involved in bonus abuse, without notice and without any liability to the player concerned.

Section 6 Game Rules

All games offered on the k4club platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

6.1 Game Results

Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the k4club server record, the server record will serve as the definitive reference.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, k4club will attempt to restore the session to its pre-disruption state based on server records. K4Club is not responsible for disruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

6.3 Prohibited In-Game Activities

• Use of bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to play
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in games for unauthorized gain
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to deceive the system

Section 7 Player Conduct

K4Club expects all members to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination:

• Use of abusive, offensive, or threatening language toward other players or k4club staff
• Sharing illegal, obscene, or harmful content on the platform
• Attempts to access systems, databases, or other players' accounts without authorization
• Using another person's identity or falsifying verification documents
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or platform regulations

Section 8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 By K4Club

K4Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.

8.2 By the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the k4club customer support team. Before closure, all active bets must be settled and applicable withdrawal requirements must be met. Any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion & Play Limits

Section 9 Privacy & Data Protection

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond k4club's control
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account by a third party

The maximum total liability of k4club to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Section 11 Changes to Terms

K4Club reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before those changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the k4club platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

Section 12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the operation of online entertainment platforms. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the player and k4club.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by k4club. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
